SCOPE OF WORK

-Manage Platform team (57 members), ensuring strong execution across growth, CRO, and product initiatives

-Lead Growth Campaigns: Design, execute, and iterate multi-channel growth campaigns to drive qualified candidate acquisition and job applications

-Partner with the Product Owner on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

+ Co-own funnel optimization by directly improving website structure and end-to-end user flows

+ Increase CV submission rate from first visit to successful application through continuous experimentation

-Partner with the Product Owner on Product Development:

+ Identify growth and retention opportunities

+ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build features that increase candidate engagement and retention

-Measurement, Insights & Forecasting

+ Define, track, and optimize core metrics: Traffic per Job, Conversion Rate (CR), Cost per CV

+ Forecast traffic and CV volume based on real hiring demand from employers

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing roles with a strong focus on conversion optimization
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Preferred background from Platform, E-commerce, or Fintech companies
  • Provenexperienceinplanningandexecutinguseracquisitionandgrowth campaigns/events
  • Strong user data analysis and insight generation skills
  • Campaign-driven mindset: Ability to design and run end-to-end campaignsfrom ideation and channel strategy to performance measurement (CV volume, traffic)
  • Strong product mindset: Ability to leverage data to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams to drive UI/UX or feature changes that improve CV submission rates
  • Tools & Analytics: Proficient in data and behavioral analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar/Clarity) and marketing automation tools
