The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, product-obsessed Product Manager to oversee the development of our new CRM/ERP platform. You will act as the operational engine of our 4-month Strike Team, transforming business requirements into actionable backlogs and ensuring that our Backend, Frontend, and Mobile teams remain aligned with the highest-priority goals.

This is a full-time contract role starting with an initial 6-month engagement. Candidates who successfully pass the evaluation period and demonstrate strong performance, adaptability, and delivery excellence will have the opportunity for extension into a long-term contract of up to 2 years or a permanent role.

Location Cobi Office Tower, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Work Model Hybrid (2 Days In-Office per Week)

Initial Contract Duration: 6 Months. Extension Opportunity is extendable up to 2 Years based on performance

Salary Range 20 – 25 Million VND

Key ResponsibilitiesBacklog & Prioritization

• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile/SCRUM methodology.
• Ensure the Strike Team remains focused on milestone-based execution and delivery.

Full Documentation Lifecycle

Own and manage all core product documentation, including:

• PRDs (Product Requirement Documents)
• User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Workflow Diagrams and Process Maps
• Technical Documentation and User Manuals

Project Management

• Track project timelines and sprint deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks proactively and coordinate solutions across teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to delivery milestones and roadmap execution.

Stakeholder Alignment

• Serve as the communication bridge between executive leadership and engineering teams.
• Ensure the product aligns with business objectives across multiple operational verticals such as Pest Control, Pool Services, Landscaping, and more.

Quality Assurance Support

• Collaborate closely with QA/Testers to validate feature completeness and acceptance criteria before release.

RequirementsExperience

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS platforms or Mobile Applications (iOS/Android).
• Freshers with exceptional organizational ability, communication skills, and strong learning adaptability are encouraged to apply.

Process Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Linear, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.

Documentation & Communication

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong ability to write clear, concise, and structured documentation.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Literacy

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers regarding:
• APIs
• Database Schemas
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Mobile & Web Application Workflows

Culture Fit

• We are specifically looking for junior candidates (1–2 years of experience), not senior or highly experienced profiles.
• The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, eager to learn, and able to integrate well into the company culture.
• You will be working closely with a Vietnamese team of 7 members, so collaboration and communication are extremely important.

Important Note
