ROLE PURPOSE: Drive sustainable portfolio growth by managing product life cycles, optimizing market positioning, and strengthening brand impact while ensuring healthy channel inventory and commercial performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Life Cycle Management:
o Lead planning, launch, optimization
o Phase-out strategies to maximize product value and profitability.
2. Portfolio Management:
o Analyze portfolio performance, identify gaps/opportunities
o Recommend actions to improve competitiveness and growth.
3. Product Positioning:
o Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to define clear value propositions, differentiation, and technical positioning.
4. Inventory & Channel Analysis:
o Monitor stock movement across distribution channels
o Provide forecasting and corrective actions to ensure healthy inventory levels.
5. Brand Management:
o Develop brand strategy, concepts, and POSM materials to strengthen market visibility and customer engagement.
6. Cross-functional Coordination:
o Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and technical teams to ensure aligned execution.
