THE ROLE

We are looking for a Product Manager to own delivery across client-facing software projects. You will bridge client requirements and engineering execution - translating business needs into a clear, actionable backlog and keeping delivery on track. You will be embedded across multiple projects over time, so adaptability and fast context-switching are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the product roadmap and backlog: gather requirements from clients, write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions

• Run sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the engineering team

• Track delivery progress, flag risks early, and manage scope

• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs — translating data into actionable product decisions

• Use Al tools to accelerate documentation, research, and stakeholder communication

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of product management or project management experience in a software delivery context

• Comfortable translating vague client requirements into precise engineering tasks

• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum workflows

• Strong understanding of how software systems are built — enough to have credible technical conversations

• Excellent English - written and verbal. This is a hard requirement.

• Actively uses Al-assisted tools (Claude, Codex, Gemini, or equivalent) daily — this is an Al-first team and a hard requirement.

• Organised, self-directed, and comfortable owning delivery with minimal oversight

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or B2C platforms

• Familiarity with databases — understanding data models and how they affect product decisions

• Experience working directly with offshore or distributed engineering teams
