RESPONSIBILITIES
Will help build a group of 2-5 products:
Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals for the assigned products.
Develop brand strategy, positioning, and annual brand plans
Lead new product launches
Execute marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) and promotional materials
Control promotion budget, right allocation to key drivers of product to maximize product performance.
Develop product positioning.
Enable sales teams with training, selling stories, and tools
Coordinate with Regulatory, Medical, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Agencies
Track sales performance, ROI, and marketing budgets
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate who has worked in Marketing for 2 years or more as a Marketing/Product/Brand executive or have worked for 1-2 years as a Product/Brand Manager;
Knows the marketing theory well; specialized education in Marketing will be an advantage.
Good exposure to functional working;
- Able to initiate and take action on Market research (either with or without large budget);
- Able to make brand plans & execute the same;
- Able to use the budget wisely.
Eager to be in touch with consumers & retailers to understand them;
Team player.
Willing to turnaround a small operation into one of the most successful one.
Prior exposure to healthcare /beauty /personal care product segment will a distinct advantage.
Candidates with prior exposure to Sales, E-com will also have an advantage.
Command over English & good presentation skills are must.
Travelling is required.
