As part of an ambitious growth journey, the company is seeking experienced Product Managers and Product Leaders to drive strategic product initiatives across areas such as Payments, Lending, Risk & Underwriting, Merchant Solutions, Growth, Customer Experience, and Core Platform Services.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for one or more critical product domains.
  • Define long-term product vision and translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to drive customer acquisition, engagement, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and risk optimization.
  • Balance customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints to maximize product impact.

Product Discovery & Innovation

  • Drive product discovery through customer research, data analysis, market intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities to strengthen product differentiation.
  • Develop hypotheses, validate assumptions, and transform insights into scalable product solutions.
  • Continuously improve customer journeys and user experiences through experimentation and optimization.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Translate strategic priorities into detailed product requirements, user stories, prototypes, and roadmaps.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Drive prioritization decisions and manage trade-offs across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Define and monitor key product metrics and business KPIs.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide product decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, operational performance, and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize SQL and analytics tools to investigate issues, validate hypotheses, and measure product performance.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Growth, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Build alignment across local and regional stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  • Lead discussions with external partners and vendors, including payment providers, financial institutions, technology partners, and third-party platforms.
  • Influence product direction through strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

People Leadership (for Senior/Lead Levels)

  • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to building a strong product culture.
  • Promote product management best practices, customer-centric thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support organizational growth by improving product processes, frameworks, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with opportunities available for both Senior Product Manager and Product Lead levels.
  • Proven track record of launching, scaling, and optimizing digital products that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience in fintech, digital banking, lending, payments, e-commerce, consumer technology, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong expertise in product strategy, product discovery, roadmap management, and Agile product development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience design, UX principles, and digital product ecosystems.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts such as APIs, system architecture, microservices, and platform integrations.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills are required.

Preferred Experience

  • Fintech, Digital Banking, Payments, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), Lending, Risk Management, Merchant Services, or Financial Services products.
  • Experience working with mobile applications and large-scale consumer platforms.
  • Exposure to regional or international product teams.
  • Experience leading product teams or mentoring junior Product Managers.
