Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Develop long-term brand strategies and annual marketing plans for the OTC product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's overall development direction.
  2. Analyze the market, identify trends, growth opportunities, and customer insights to define product positioning, generate new ideas, and support product innovation strategies.
  3. Effectively manage brand P&L (revenue and profitability), control the marketing (A&P) budget, and ensure expenditures are within plan and financial targets are achieved.
  4. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, BTL, PR, and in-store activities; while overseeing the development of communication and promotional materials.
  5. Direct and implement new product launches or portfolio extensions, from go-to-market strategy and pricing to building trade support and promotional programs.
  6. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and image across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team on market activities, including customer visits, supporting conferences, organizing group meetings with KOLs, and product introduction programs to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
  8. Organize and implement internal training programs, providing product knowledge and essential skills to the sales team to ensure effective customer engagement and persuasion.
  9. Conduct market research and sales analysis to develop appropriate market development plans, enhancing business effectiveness and competitiveness.
