About The Position
Title: Product Manager (Integrations & Product-Led Growth)

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of integration initiatives and product-led growth experiments across our SaaS product ecosystem. You will work on building seamless integrations with third-party platforms, internal products, and customer systems enabling interoperability, improving adoption, and driving scalable growth through self-serve and in-product experiences.
Your experience in API-driven products, platform ecosystems, and data integrations will be critical to helping schools and education partners maximise value from our solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for product integrations and platform interoperability across our SaaS product suite.
- Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives, including onboarding optimization, self-serve adoption, upsell funnels, and in-product experiments.
- Define integration use cases and partner opportunities (finance, HR, LMS, payment, reporting, CRM and government / regulatory systems).
- Work closely with Engineering to design robust APIs, data exchange workflows, and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Partnerships to identify high-value integration opportunities and monetisation models.
- Use product analytics, cohorts, and funnel metrics to improve activation, engagement, and retention across markets.
- Prioritise roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, and technical scalability.
- Conduct discovery with school administrators, partners, and enterprise customers to understand workflows and integration challenges.
- Champion platform reliability, documentation quality, and developer-friendly integration experiences.

- Strong execution skills with ability to balance discovery, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.
- Data-driven, curious, and constantly seeking ways to improve product value and customer impact.
Bonus Points / Ideal Candidate
- Experience with education, HR, LMS, or finance system integrations.
- Experience building partner ecosystems or integration marketplaces.
- Background in regional or multi-country product rollouts.
- Familiarity with billing, payments, finance or subsidy workflows in education.
