We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for managing the product lifecycle, developing strategies for application and infrastructure security products, serving enterprise and small and medium-sized (SME) customers. This position is business and market-driven, acting as a bridge between customers, business, and technology, guiding product development towards market needs and commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: market research → strategy → development → deployment → improvement
- Analyze the market, trends, and competitors; propose strategies and solutions for WAAP/Anti-DDoS products
- Worke directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements and pain points, transform them into product requirements
- Build a Product Vision, Roadmap, defining features and development roadmap
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Presales, and Marketing to ensure the product aligns with market and technical standards
- Monitor development progress and quality; create sales materials, demos, and bidding processes.
Qualifications
- ≥ 3 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner or equivalent
- Experience with B2B and B2C products, working directly with enterprise and mass customers
- Business-oriented mindset, understanding of pricing, positioning, and ability to provide market insights
- Proficient in microservices, cloud, on-prem, and hybrid architectures; ability to propose comprehensive solutions
- Skills in presentation, negotiation, and decision-making; conducting surveys and collecting Voice of Customer data
- Implementing survey programs to collect customer feedback (pain points, expectations) for continuous product improvement
- Preferred: Experience in Cyber Security, Telco/ISP, Cloud/Infrastructure/Platform, especially with WAAP and/or Anti-DDoS.
