About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand challenges and create high-impact solutions. In this role, you will join the Transaction Squad, owning the core of the Kredivo experience.
Your primary focus will be optimizing the end-to-end transaction journey, including checkout flows, repayment processes, and lender integrations to drive GMV and settlement rates. The ideal candidate can effectively connect the dots between the needs of internal stakeholders and external partners to craft a robust internal product strategy.
A day in your life might include:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap for the transaction journey, translating high-level goals into detailed requirements, prototypes, and prioritized backlogs to ship high-quality experiences.
- Generate and validate ideas to grow market share and improve customer experience, specifically targeting measurable growth in GMV and settlement efficiency.
- Build strong relationships across operations, finance, sales, and engineering to build consensus, act as a product evangelist, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Lead exploratory investigations and competitive research using SQL-based data analysis and user feedback to identify product gaps and develop hypotheses into concrete projects.
- Conduct thorough what-if and pros/cons analyses to evaluate the impact of new features on the broader ecosystem (e.g., lender impact vs. user friction).
- Integrate user research and product metrics to drive data-informed decisions that continuously improve the transaction and repayment flows.
What we need from you:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a startup environment; experience in Fintech or BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) industries is a significant plus.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, specifically regarding Android/iOS app management and Google APK releases.
- Proficiency in SQL is required to independently perform data analysis and quickly detect or debug product issues without heavy reliance on data analysts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong intuition for user behavior and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to act as a motivated team player in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.
