Assist the Deputy Marketing Manager with managing the P&L for brands within local markets, optimizing profitability.
Plan, organize, and hold HCPs group presentations/ meetings on a regular basis
Provide prompt follow-ups on HCP requests Support Deputy Marketing Manager to manage brand/product, collect insight and data analyze competitive performance and trends.
Develop marketing & sales materials aligned with strategies.
Educate sales representatives on products and competitors.
Coordinate and/or conduct special studies and promotional projects.
Collaborate with field forces to ensure flawless and aligned execution of the brands plan.
Cross-functional working to identify and evaluate new sources of business and growth for the brand.
Develop and deliver innovative solutions and promotional levers for professional customers.
Work with training partners to support message pull-through and key Salesforce training of marketing strategies, messaging, and materials.
Build tactical plans based on the brand's strategic plans and get approvals. Leading all aspects of tactical implementations, including timelines.
Deliver other tasks/ cross-functional projects assigned by the company.
Job requirements
Experience & Knowledge:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Medicine.
Graduate with 3 years of Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Product Manager is a plus
Excellent in Microsoft Office and other presentation software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to think and execute innovative marketing plans.
