Responsibilities
- Collect and clarify customer requirements, lead requirement alignment and handover
- Define product roadmap, functional scope, and detailed requirements documentation (PRD)
- Manage requirement traceability, change control, and requirement reviews
- Work closely with system engineers to consolidate module specifications into clear product requirements
- Translate technical specifications into product features to guide development teams
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure product requirements are fully reflected in UX design
- Support delivery of smart cockpit / in-vehicle OS products meeting automotive standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years in automotive products
- Hands-on experience with automotive software (Smart Cockpit, Autonomous Driving, Domain Controller, In-vehicle OS, etc.)
- Understanding of Android Automotive OS (AAOS) development process
- Familiarity with Google GAS / automotive software requirements is a strong plus
- Strong product thinking, UX sensitivity, and interaction design understanding
- Excellent communication, logical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, collaborative mindset
- Fluent English (written & spoken) as a working language
