Product Manager - Fleet Management Platform (B2B SaaS)

Working location: District 2, HCMC

Salary range:Up to VND 800,000,000 gross per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are building a next-generation fleet management platform that helps enterprises control, optimize, and automate fleet and logistics costs (fuel, tolls, vehicles, drivers, compliance, fraud, and ESG reporting). This is a high-ownership role: you will define and drive the product vision, work directly with customers, and shape a platform that becomes the operating system for fleet operations and cost intelligence.

- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Own the product from discovery to delivery to adoption.

- Lead customer discovery with:

+ Fleet managers.

+ Operations teams.

+ Finance & procurement leaders.

- Translate business problems into clear product bets.

- Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what not to build.

- Work closely with engineering, data, sales, and operations.

- Define product success metrics (adoption, retention, cost savings).

- Drive integration with:

+ Telematics & GPS.

+ Fuel & toll systems.

+ TMS / ERP / accounting systems.

- Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.

- Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.

- Experience with complex workflows, integrations, or data platforms.

- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and business teams.

- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.

- Experience in fleet, logistics, mobility, fintech, ERP, or payments.

- Experience with analytics, AI/ML, or optimization products.

- Previous role as first or lead PM.

- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments.
