Product Manager - Fleet Management Platform (B2B SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product from discovery to delivery to adoption.
• Lead customer discovery with: Fleet managers, Operations teams, Finance & procurement leaders.
• Translate business problems into clear product bets.
• Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what not to build.
• Work closely with engineering, data, sales, and operations.
• Define product success metrics (adoption, retention, cost savings).
• Drive integrations with: Telematics & GPS, Fuel & toll systems, TMS / ERP / accounting systems.
• Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing skills.
• Experience with complex workflows, integrations, or data platforms.
• Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and business teams.
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
