PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The incumbent is responsible for providing strategic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) product support, campaigns and launches which include developing product plans and working closely with all stakeholders to deliver the marketing strategies.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement market strategies and plans for Cardiac Rhythm Management products (such as Pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs).
- Monitor the product lifecycle, from pre-launch preparations to end-of-life management.
- Ensure products comply with local regulations, medical standards, and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare business plans, including market entry strategies, pricing, and sales forecasts.
- Track market trends, such as the adoption of emerging technologies like LBBAP and CLS.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, such as symposiums, Key Opinion Leaders collaborations, and product showcases.
- Support hospitals and physicians with product education and clinical operation training.
- Prepare sales and educational materials to ensure consistent product messaging.
- Work closely with the sales team and distributor sales team to provide product knowledge/training and market strategy support.
- Assist in resolving clinical or product-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth product operations and promotion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across Vietnam.
- Gather feedback from physicians and customers to optimize products and services.
- Gather all distributor sales data/implant evidence to add to the company reporting system.
Basic Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies , Medical or Pharmaceutical or Bio Science.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years healthcare industry experience with proven track record in medical device organization.
- Good knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to analyze and identify potential opportunities.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- A strong team player
