Product Manager (Architectural Lighting)

Salary: Upto 80 Mil

Location: Hanoi/HCMC

Job Description

Collaborate with lighting designers and creative teams to translate design concepts into manufacturable and commercially viable solutions.

Support specification and feasibility decisions during early project stages.

Ensure product selections align with MOQ, lead time, and manufacturing constraints.

Manage OEM and project-based product governance (evaluation, testing, approval, and launches).

Act as gatekeeper for new product introductions and customization requests.

Develop and maintain a Vietnam-focused product roadmap aligned with market and global strategy.

Deliver product training and maintain consistent product positioning across sales and marketing channels.

Required qualifications

Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Lighting Design preferred.

Required working experience

At least 5 years of experience in product management, lighting design, or related built-environment industries.

Required languages

Fluent in English

Required knowledge and skills

Strong understanding of specification-driven projects and early-stage design processes.

• Solid commercial awareness with practical knowledge of MOQ and lead time considerations.
