Join our product team to build and optimize product information, delivering the best possible experience for customers. As a Product Management Executive, you will be responsible for managing product data, ensuring the accuracy and quality of product information across the company's platforms, and collaborating with relevant departments to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
1. Job Description:
- Manage and take responsibility for product data, including product images, descriptions, pricing, and other related information.
- Upload and set up products and product information on the company website according to established standards and guidelines (training will be provided).
- Review and identify errors during and after the product setup process.
- Optimize product URLs and links.
- Research, develop, and propose improvements to product information in collaboration with the Team Leader and relevant departments to ensure products are as customer-friendly as possible.
- Perform basic image editing using Photoshop based on existing files (training provided during onboarding).
- Support other tasks as assigned.
2. Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma, preferably in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive, with the ability to work effectively with data.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and highly organized.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to work following established processes, SOPs, and checklists.
- Basic English reading comprehension for understanding documentation and handling product-related content.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience working with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience in data entry, product data management, or website operations.
- Basic Photoshop skills.
- Process optimization mindset with the ability to suggest workflow improvements.

- Salary: 8,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND Gross.
