What You'll Do

- Define global strategies for product discontinuations, including critical decisions between Run-out versus Markdown approaches to minimise excess and obsolete exposure.
- Participate in monthly alignment meetings with demand and sales leadership teams across regions to synchronise sales targets, supply constraints, and product transition timelines.
- Act as the final escalation point for resolving conflicts between sales (demand) and supply chain (capacity/inventory) regarding product drop dates or replacement strategies.
- Monitor and report on global excess and obsolete inventory levels, proactively driving clearance initiatives that protect overall inventory health.
- Own and improve lifecycle management metrics such as forecast accuracy for new product introductions, phase-out margin retention, and end-of-life inventory burn-down rates.
