The incumbent will protect the company brand, as well as all licensor and retailer brands, from supply chain risk exposure. The role purpose is to ensure supplier code compliance to policies and programs including: (1) Company's supplier code of conduct (2) C-TPAT counter-terrorism program (3) Retailer or licensor specific requirements (4) Sustainability work.
Job responsibilities:
- Monitor factory's audit status and improvement progress across supply chain.
- Maintain supplier compliance internal management and support all walks of activities as directed through compliance policy. Communicate code of conduct audit requirements to suppliers while monitoring their compliance status.
- Conduct factory assessments, identify potential risks in the supplier chain and provide recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Implement and monitor the licensor MA/FAMA policy.
- Review and evaluate 3rd party audit reports, assign grading & follow up with suppliers on corrective actions.
- Maintain supplier compliance database and prepare analysis / track reports.
- Communicate with correspondent company regional compliance teams and key retailers/customers.
- Support the execution and implementation of the company's sustainability strategy, paper policy and energy management program within China and Southeast Asia.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experience in ethical compliance.
- Good command of oral and written English; Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS office and data analysis software
- Frequent travelling within Vietnam is required
- Result-oriented and hardworking team-player
- Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
