Join Andros Vietnam to drive innovation in the Functional Food category. You will lead the development of new health & wellness products from concept to commercialization, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer-centric innovations that support business growth.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
What will you do
Product Innovation
- Lead the development of new functional food products from concept to commercial launch.
- Identify consumer trends, market opportunities and emerging health & wellness ingredients.
- Evaluate ingredient functionality, product formulations and technical feasibility.
Product Development
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop, validate and optimize product formulations.
- Manage the end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) process and project timelines.
- Coordinate product testing, tasting sessions and product validation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer testing.
- Monitor product performance and recommend product improvements based on market feedback.
Cross-functional Project Management
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work with external suppliers and agencies on ingredients, packaging and regulatory requirements.
- Support product launches, sales training and commercial initiatives.
What do you need
Must-have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or related disciplines.
- Experience in New Product Development, Product Innovation or R&D.
- Strong knowledge of product formulation and functional ingredients.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills in English.
Highly Preferred
- Experience in Functional Food, Dietary Supplements, Nutraceuticals, Consumer Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Hands-on experience developing products containing collagen, peptides, probiotics, vitamins, botanical extracts or similar functional ingredients.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical knowledge into market-ready products.
- Experience managing product launches and innovation projects.
