Job Description
- Lead and manage aPlatform team of 57 members, ensuring strong execution across growth, CRO, and product-driven initiatives.
- Owngrowth campaign strategy and execution, designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified candidate acquisition and job applications.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner onConversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- Co-own funnel optimization by improving website structure and end-to-end user journeys.
- Continuously experiment to increase CV submission rates from first visit to completed application.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner onproduct development initiatives:
- Identify growth and retention opportunities across the candidate lifecycle.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to deliver features that enhance candidate engagement and retention.
- Drivemeasurement, insights, and forecasting:
- Define, monitor, and optimize key metrics such as Traffic per Job, Conversion Rate (CR), and Cost per CV.
- Forecast traffic and CV volumes based on real-time hiring demand from employers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experiencein Growth, Performance Marketing, or Product Marketing, with a strong focus on conversion optimization.
- 3+ years of hands-on experiencein Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Background inPlatform, E-commerce, or Fintechenvironments is preferred.
- Proven track record in planning and executinguser acquisition and growth campaigns or events.
- Strong ability to analyze user data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Campaign-oriented mindset, capable of managing end-to-end campaigns from ideation and channel strategy to performance evaluation (traffic, CV volume).
- Product-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams to drive UI/UX or feature improvements that increase CV submission rates.
- Proficiency withanalytics and user behavior tools(e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) and marketing automation platforms.
