Job Purpose:
Provide efficient support in delivering total customer satisfaction in all areas to his or her assigned accounts.
Working Location: Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and conduct cost estimates, cost reductions, and cost controls;
- Manage project plans, qualifications, and schedules to meet customers requirements;
- Make specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and routings for assigned projects;
- Communicate any specially required fixture or tooling specifications to Process Engineers.
- Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers;
- Keep good communication in-between China and Vietnam factory.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Language: Fluent in English
- Strong cost analysis and profit assessment skills. Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding fabricated products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present products and solutions to customers
- Proven leadership in business development, including market analysis and commercial strategy
- Knowledge of product management and achieving sales targets
- A quick grasp of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
- Effective project monitoring and tracking abilities
- Proficient in sales, negotiation, business writing, and presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and take responsibility
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on quality and profitability
- Be able to travel to China.
