Product Engineer

Job Purpose:

Provide efficient support in delivering total customer satisfaction in all areas to his or her assigned accounts.

Working Location: Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and conduct cost estimates, cost reductions, and cost controls;
2. Manage project plans, qualifications, and schedules to meet customers requirements;
3. Make specifications, drawings, bills of materials, and routings for assigned projects;
4. Communicate any specially required fixture or tooling specifications to Process Engineers.
5. Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and suppliers;
6. Keep good communication in-between China and Vietnam factory.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
3. Language: Fluent in English
4. Strong cost analysis and profit assessment skills. Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and understanding fabricated products
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to present products and solutions to customers
6. Proven leadership in business development, including market analysis and commercial strategy
7. Knowledge of product management and achieving sales targets
8. A quick grasp of manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies
9. Effective project monitoring and tracking abilities
10. Proficient in sales, negotiation, business writing, and presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and take responsibility
11. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on quality and profitability
12. Be able to travel to China.
