MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The CPO/ Product Director is a strategic leader responsible for the end-to-end product portfolio of the Digital Financial Project. The primary goal is to seamlessly integrate these products into the entire ecosystem, thereby boosting revenue and increasing the Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
A. Product Strategy and GTM Execution
- Lead the design of the digital business model, including segmentation, product offerings, and the development of the sales and service model.
- Own and manage Product Roadmap to ensure successful GTM launch.
- Define product requirements and specifications for core financial products.
- Establish the Pricing, Fees & Revenue Model for the entire product suite.
B. Ecosystem Integration and UX/UI Leadership
- Drive the design of the UX/UI & Customer Journey Design to ensure a frictionless user experience for digital lending within the One Mount ecosystem.
- Define specifications for the Merchant API & Integration and the Check-out financing API for integration with retail/merchant platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO/Tech Solutions team on the development of the Customer mini app (and widgets) to be embedded into various front-end platforms.
- Prioritize product development and deployment across the entire ecosystems
C. Team Leadership and Operational Readiness
- Recruit and manage the Product team, including Product Managers and UX/UI Specialists.
- Collaborate with the CRO to define Credit Policy & Risk Appetite.
- Oversee Go-Live Preparation & Cutover Plan and lead the Pilot Launch.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Core Lending Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in product development, with at least 3-5 years in a Product Director/CPO leadership role within Fintech, Digital Bank, or Consumer Finance.
- Product Specialization: Direct experience successfully launching and scaling (Scale-up) digital financial products.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Merchant API/SDK, Lending Core principles, and the use of data for product personalization.
- Ecosystem/Integration Focus: Proven track record of designing Embedded Finance solutions or integrating financial products into large retail or e-commerce platforms.
