Job Description
We are looking for a Product Director to lead the strategy and development of enterprise applications and AI-powered business products. This role requires a strong product mindset, deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to build scalable products that improve enterprise productivity and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise applications and AI-driven products.
- Own product features end-to-end from discovery, UX design direction, prioritization, delivery, to optimization.
- Drive user-centric product development with strong focus on UX, workflow efficiency, and product adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI/Data, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead AI product initiatives including GenAI assistants, automation, recommendation, and intelligent workflows for enterprise users.
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to continuously improve product experience and business impact.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers/Product Owners.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in Product Management/Product Development.
- Strong product sense with deep understanding of UX/UI, user journey, and enterprise workflows.
- Experience building enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or internal business products at scale.
- Recent experience working on AI/GenAI-powered enterprise products or intelligent automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Preferred background from large technology, SaaS, fintech, enterprise platform, or super app companies.
