Product Development Specialist - BNPL

Key Responsibilities

1. Support BNPL Strategy Execution

Support the planning and execution of BNPL strategic initiatives, ensuring activities align with the overall business direction and team objectives.

2. Product Portfolio Monitoring

Track and monitor the performance of BNPL products within the portfolio; identify gaps and opportunities, and support optimization efforts to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

3. Revenue Tracking & Reporting

Assist in tracking BNPL revenue performance against targets; prepare analysis and reports to support the team in identifying growth opportunities and improvement areas.

4. Pricing Support

Support the implementation and monitoring of pricing policies for BNPL products, ensuring consistency with market conditions and approved pricing frameworks.

5. Commercial Growth Initiatives

Support the execution of commercial programs and growth initiatives, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to help expand BNPL business scale and value.

Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, business development, fintech, banking, or related fields.
• Prior exposure to BNPL, lending, payments, or consumer finance products is an advantage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Operations, or Commercial teams is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Skills

• Good analytical skills; comfortable working with data to track performance and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (PowerPoint for presentations is a plus).
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work well under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• English communication skills (reading/writing) sufficient for reports and cross-team documentation.
