Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Execute assigned routine and basic tasks of the work area following defined and established procedures.

  • Carry out responsible themes of liquid product development for the industrialization stage in compliance with product development procedures, related procedures, and SOPs/ guidelines.
  • Coordinate relevant information to unify strategies related to liquid product development of responsible themes for new and existing products: industrialize by cooperation with Recipe team, Food Technology, and Production; quality standardization with QA.
  • Study advanced technology by referring to academic materials, acquiring technology transfer from the Ajinomoto group, utilizing suppliers resource and then conduct test to introduce to daily tasks.

2. Complete assigned tasks within required timeframes and produce results as expected: prepare documents and reports to show expected results.

3. Obtain the cooperation of others in the team to complete assigned tasks.

4. Understand the sections target and perform the tasks to achieve the target.

5. Besides the above roles & responsibilities, execute the supporting tasks of the Food Product Development dept. assigned by the Department manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with a Bachelor&aposs degree in Food Technology or related fields;
  • Good in English and MS. Office;
  • Proactive learning attitude;
  • Logical thinking; Followership & good cooperation;
  • Able to travel for business trips to Bien Hoa Factory and Long Thanh Factory (shuttle bus support provided).
