Job Summary
R&D Product Development plays a key role in leading Innovations who is responsible for researching technology & development to create a winning formula in the market that meets consumer needs.
Job Responsibilities
Conducting specific testing as directed by direct management on product research and development on a Lab/Pilot scale
Analyzing & synthesize technical information during product development
Evaluating product and raw material quality (shelf-life test, sensory, physical chemistry)
Searching for specialized information and documents to serve product development
Other requirements: At least 1-2 years of equivalent experience
