Role Description

Sample Reference management:

Oversee storage and follow-up requests for sample references.

Facilitate requests from team member for product development.

Master panel management:

Collaborate with the development team to create a list of master panel for new GO items.

Initiate panel creation requests to vendors and schedule finish review meetings.

Facilitate communication of review notes between management/designers and factories.

Manage reports on new GO finish panels and provide weekly updates.

Production Panel

Track the quantity of product panels prepared after master panel sign-off or updates.

Ensure timely delivery of finish panels to sites and maintain consistency and updates using the color panel management system.

Organize finish panel storage and files for Asia offices.

Conduct monthly checks on product active status and report on dropped finish panels for clearance purposes.

Communicate with multiple parties on color issues between standards and products.

Manage team member schedules, sample development follow-up, and project process training.

Others

Pack materials for domestic/international transport.

Projects and tasks assigned by manager and team leaders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Chinese communication skills
  • Experience in product development / material of products. Prior experience in furniture manufacturing or product coordination is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
