Job Description
- Lead beverage and food development projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Conduct ingredient and supplier reviews to maintain quality and compliance.
- Perform cost analysis and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Develop and maintain product specifications aligned with brand standards.
- Support Category Managers in commercialization and product lifecycle management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development within F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage formulation and commercialization processes.
- Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
