Product Development Engineer (Aluminum Systems)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We're looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our R&D team and lead the development of aluminum systems, windows, doors, and architectural building products.

Key Responsibilities

• Research market trends and develop new product concepts.
• Design and improve aluminum systems, windows, and doors.
• Create 2D/3D drawings, BOM, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Sales teams.
• Optimize product structure, functionality, and cost efficiency.
• Support product testing and mass production implementation.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Materials Engineering, or related fields.

✔ 3+ years of experience in Product Development, R&D, Mechanical Design, or Aluminum Systems.

✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

✔ Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, mechanical design, or building materials.
