Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) with strong product design thinking, deep user empathy, and the ability to translate business ideas into clear, streamlined, and effective product experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with business owners, development teams, and product leadership from ideation through product launch.
About Our AI-Powered Products
We are oriented toward developing multiple products that leverage AI technologies in the near future. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Decision-support platforms and AI/ML-driven user personalization.
- AI-powered productivity tools such as automation, recommendation systems, and AI co-pilots.
- Smart interfaces, AI-driven user flows, and adaptive UX experiences.
- Virtual assistants, AI-based user behavior analysis, or AI applications in domains such as education, finance, and human resources.
Therefore, we are seeking forward-thinking designers who are interested in and understand the potential of applying AI to user experience. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you must be able to design appropriate experiences in dynamic product environments influenced by data and AI-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business owners or product stakeholders to deeply understand business objectives and user needs.
- Participate in product shaping, proposing feasible and creative design and experience solutions.
- Design UI/UX for web platforms, mobile applications, internal tools, or consumer-facing products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the Design System to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for software products.
- Strong product thinking: the ability to understand business goals, users, value flows, and translate them into effective experience design.
- Proficiency in Figma and tools for wireframing, prototyping, and designing user flows.
- Ability to gather and leverage feedback from users and engineering teams to continuously improve the product.
- Comfortable working independently with ambiguous requirements and proactive in asking the right questions to propose solutions.
- Experience or knowledge of AI-related products or highly logical systems is a strong advantage.
Nice to have
- Strong system-thinking mindset, with the ability to self-learn and stay up to date with modern design trends.
- Experience designing products from zero to one (from idea to MVP).
- Experience designing or contributing to data-driven or highly customizable user experiences.
- Experience building or managing a Design System is a plus.
