Role Description
- Conduct user research and analyze user behaviors to propose appropriate design solutions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes with clear logic and usability.
- Collaborate closely with PO, BA, and Engineering teams to ensure features are delivered accurately and aligned with product objectives.
- Contribute to building and maintaining the Design System for product consistency.
- Run usability tests, gather feedback, and continuously optimize designs based on data.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in designing digital products (web/mobile).
- Proficient in Figma with strong UX thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
