Position: Product Designer (Junior+)
Onboarding after Tet Holiday
We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer (UX/UI) who will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams to design intuitive, user-centered digital products.
What you'll do:
- Conduct IA and UI/UX design to enhance existing products.
- Develop IA, UX processes, and UI design for new products from concept to delivery.
- Perform research and create quick prototypes to validate ideas and improve product experience.
- Work closely with Business team members to identify issues and gain insights.
- Plan and conduct interviews with clients to understand requirements, challenges, and product usage.
- Collaborate with PdM to build research plans based on product needs and business context.
What we need:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product design
- Proven experience in IA and UX design for digital products.
- Hands-on experience in interaction design, including UI animation/micro-interactions.
- Understanding of system architecture, especially front-end technologies.
- Solid knowledge of UX research methodologies.
- Experience planning or conducting user interviews, usability testing, or surveys.
- English communication skills.
