About the role

We're looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) who's excited to turn complex challenges into simple, beautiful, and intuitive experiences. You'll design elegant solutions for both Web and Mobile apps, while also shaping our design culture and helping the team level up.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform problems into elegant, user-friendly design solutions.
• Bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Operators to deliver features that matter.
• Explore and conduct design research when needed.
• Contribute to and expand our Design System & Design Principles.
• Share ideas, give/receive feedback, and continuously raise the design quality bar.
• Help shape the way we design and grow the maturity of the design team.
• Work with PO/PM by contributing to User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.

Job Requirements

• Having 2+ years of experience in Product Design (web & mobile).
• A portfolio that shows strong UX flow design and UI craft.
• Comfortable with Agile/Scrum and working across multiple teams.
• Proficiency in Figma (Design System, UI Kit, Prototyping).
• Strong in system thinking & information architecture.
• Understanding of UX Storyboarding concepts.
• Basic AI literacy able to use AI tools for research, ideation, and design support.
• Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• A curious mind, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Logistics/enterprise experience is a plus, not required.
