Job Description

  • Design user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products.
  • Work closely with BA, PO/PM, development teams, and QA to ensure product quality and project timelines.
  • Participate in user research, behavior analysis, and propose solutions to continuously improve user experience.
  • Lead and manage a design team of 23 members.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes at various levels (low to high fidelity) to support analysis, development, and testing phases.
  • Review, evaluate, and refine designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and real product usage data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Participation in at least 3 medium to large-scale digital product projects, demonstrable through a portfolio.
  • Proven experience in leading a design team and collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, layout, typography, and color systems.
  • Experience in mobile-first design and digital experience optimization.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin (or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding and application of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Google Material Design Guidelines (Android).

Preferred

  • Experience in designing Digital Banking or Fintech products.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Voice of Customer (VOC), conversion funnels, user research, and usability testing.
  • Excellent logical thinking, analytical ability, creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong passion for staying up to date with design trends, design systems, and cross-platform UX improvements.
