Product Designer

As a Product Designer at BE Group, you will be working closely with the teams that own systems for end-user, driver, partner, suppliers and business teams and will be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsibilities:

- Distill broad, conceptual ideas into practical (UX) and engaging interfaces (UI)

- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemap

- Identify high-impact opportunities, design features in pursuit of goals, and explain the rationale for your decisions

- Turn data from market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research into user insights and make the appropriate trade offs from there.

- Plan, prioritize coordinate, and conduct behavioral analysis, user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling and usability testing.

- Create user flows, blueprint, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to communicate concepts to discuss with Product

- Owner & Managers, UX Research and Business Analysts.

- Solicit feedback and drive an aligned approach among your team and stakeholders

- Collaborate and work across functions including design, product, engineering, and data teams to ship high quality products: Ride Hailing, Food Delivery .v.v.v

Requirements:

- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. (Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed)

- Understanding of UI/UX design principles and practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of web and mobile design best practices is a plus.

- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing is a plus.

- Understand the full scope of a typical user-centered design process is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate your design and able to communicate well with teams to present your design ideas and decisions clearly.

- Good eyes for visual design and hands on basic experience in user interface design.

- Read and understand English documents

- Visual design skills and attention to detail on typography, spacing, and color.

Your skills & Experiences:

- Senior: 4+ years of experience as a Product designer, UX designer, interaction designer.

- Background knowledge or passion about product design, user experience, psychology design.

- Have experience designing platforms for business (Transport, Delivery, Food Delivery, B2B v.v.v)

- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, FigJam, AI Tool (Chat GPT, Research AI, v.v.v.) or tools with similar purposes

- Experience using Confluence and Jira

- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

- You do not need to hold a design-focused academic major, you only need to prove it through

- your working experience or implemented projects in the form of ideas, or projects you have done.
