Role:
Mattel is currently seeking a Product Design Trainee who is a recent graduate or individual seeking to gain practical experience and develop skills in the field of design. They work under the supervision of experienced designers and participate in various design projects to learn and contribute to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and validating product specs throughout the development phase after tool let.
- Closely work with Mattel HK, China Designers to review and validate product specs
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates with a major in Arts Design
- Passion about cars and racing culture is a plus
- Basic hand sketching skills and innovative thinking, with a passion for toy design.
- Proficient in commonly used design software like PS, AI, and Apple operating systems
- Good English communication skills, Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Energetic personality and eager to learn
- Travel to factories is a must.
