JobPurpose:
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our team andassistus in recommending the best products to launch to increase profitability in our organization.Product Analyst responsibilities include looking at market data todeterminewhat products to launch and interviewing customers to understand their needs.Ultimately, youwill work with customers and various leaders in our organization to help usdeterminewhat products we should launch to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed reports listing requests for technicalassistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
- Act as theinitialpoint of contact for all application-related concerns fromcustomeror other employees.
- Assistmanagement in creating training materialspertaining toapplication troubleshooting and usage.
- Organize and file documentationpertaining toinstructional guides for application
- Attend in-person meetings with another team to analyze,troubleshootand diagnose applications problems
- Responsible in resolving technical issues andprovidingsupport to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Service teams as requiredin order todrive long-term product improvements
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or relatedtechnology fieldis preferred.
- Min 4 years experience in Data Analyst/ Business Intelligent
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of acompany sproducts and services.
- Must havestrongunderstanding of support flows and procedures.
- Must be familiar with working via online tools like Zendesk, Jira,etc
- Mustknow how to debug basic mobile hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and independently.
- Time-management skills and the ability toestablishreasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
- Ability to multi-task andgood communicationskills
