Job purpose
This position combines responsibilities in contract management and product support. The primary role (40%)focuses on managing supplier and hotel contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with companypolicies. The supporting role (20%) involves product execution to ensure seamless integration of contracts intothe Tour Chain system. The supporting role (40%) involves data entry, and system updates to ensure seamlessintegration of contracts into the Tour Chain system.
Responsibilities/ Tasks
Contract Management (40%)
- Review, negotiate, and finalize hotel and supplier contracts ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Monitor contract validity, cut-off dates, and renewal schedules.
- Ensure rates include all applicable taxes and service charges.
- Maintain accurate documentation and achievement of signed contracts.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payment terms, cancellation policies, and special conditions.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure contracts are executable and compliant.
- Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, and value-added benefits with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term cooperation and collaboration.
Product Executive (20%)
- Support product sourcing by evaluating unique accommodations, transport providers, and services.
- Check contract details, rates, and product updates in the internal system (Tour Chain/database).
- Regularly audit data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide feedback from public sources (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor) to improve product quality.
Data Entry & System Updates (40%)
- Support product sourcing by evaluating unique accommodations, transport providers, and services.
- Check contract details, rates, and product updates in the internal system (Tour Chain/database).
- Regularly audit data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Provide feedback from public sources (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor) to improve product quality.
