MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage business stakeholders to gather feedback, inform strategic transformation & advocate for meaningful experiential change
- Collaborate with PO in establishing and monitoring success measures in line with innovation and experience goals
- Balance Cost of acquisition and Cost of Servicing to achieve a higher Addressable market and NPS across Merchant services
- Understand process flow for customer-facing and internal processes, and the linked supporting technology
- Identify interdependencies across the Merchant Services domain structure, and work with the Head of Customer Innovation and Experience to deliver business outcomes
- Provide input to feature elaboration, acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Collaborate with squads and attend relevant agile ceremonies
- Communication and engagement with business stakeholders outside of the squad to ensure alignment and avoid context-switching
- Conducts problem resolution, creates product collateral and monitors results and feedback
- Drive innovation by identifying market trends, understanding competitors and tying them to business goals
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
- 5-7+ years experience in Banking including at least 2+ years Product Owner experience
- Detailed knowledge of financial services and the Credit Card lifecycle from both a consumer, merchant, issuing and acquiring stand point
- Detailed understanding of Merchant Acquiring/EFTPOS Terminal solutions or related business products ,along with product and operational activities required to deliver business outcomes such a new capability launch or customer migration from a business perspective
- Experience working with agile ways or working and familiarity with human centred design techniques
- Ability convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals in line with Domain cadence
- Comfortable supporting a leadership role, including leading workshops through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of development
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
Essential capabilities
- Ability to develop strategic product plans, based on industry trends, market analysis/research and customer insights
- Structured problem solving mindset focusing on a test and learn approach Product over project mindset
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, analytical and data driven decision making skills
Other capabilities
- Experience with human centred design, product story telling and product leadership
- Familiar with tooling such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, Figma, Fiserv product suite and frontline banking systems

- Tertiary qualified, preference to post graduate qualifications.
