The Impact You'll Make in This Role
- Comprehensively conducting detailed market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and inform product strategy;
- Diligently conducting planned testing and experimentation to optimize product features and improve user experiences;
- Thoughtfully uncovering actionable insights by analyzing user behavior, product performance, and key metrics using analytics tools;
- Precisely translating defined business needs into technical requirements for development teams, bridging the gap between all stakeholders;
- Efficiently facilitating conducted requirement-gathering sessions and creating detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
- Meticulously collaborating with Product Managers to define and maintain a data-driven roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to users;
- Fruitfully collaborating with teams to design and optimize thoroughly processes, ensuring they align with product capabilities;
- Rigorously supporting the execution of planned User Acceptance Testing to validate that solutions meet business and user expectations;
- Compellingly presenting findings and recommendations through crafted reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive informed decision-making;
- Dynamically staying at the forefront of evolving industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into product and business strategies.
- Constantly fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, adaptability, persistence, a results-driven focus, high standards for deliverables, and continuous improvement within the Software team and throughout the entire company.
What You'll Need to Maximize Impact in This Role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
- Above 3 years of experience working as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Coordinator etc.; The designated title will be assigned based on your strengths, experience, and potential for growth;
- Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business needs into technical solutions;
- Hand-ons experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau etc.) and in A/B testing method;
- Knowledge of UX design principles and tools like Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices;
- Good communication, with the ability to understand business requirements and comfortably discuss ideas;
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment and agile project setting;
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery;
- Demonstrated ability in handling multiple projects simultaneously will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage;
