As a Product Analyst Intern of Geek Internship Autumn 2025, you will be an integral part of a real team working collaboratively to build a real product from its initial stages. This team will be coached and supported by a Senior team member throughout the entire process. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of product development, from understanding the business problem to defining the product features and operational workflows.
Scope of Work:
I. Business & Problem Definition:
- Business Problem Exploration:
- Research and understand the business challenges and opportunities the company is facing.
- Participate in discussions with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their pain points and objectives.
- Define the problem statement clearly and concisely.
- Issue Capture & Analysis:
- Support the process of identifying, documenting, and analyzing specific issues contributing to the broader business problem.
- Contribute to the prioritization of issues based on impact and feasibility.
- Product Solution Ideation:
- Collaborate in brainstorming and proposing potential product solutions to address the identified business problem and issues.
- Assist in evaluating the feasibility and potential impact of different solutions.
II. User & Operational Insights:
- Target User Research:
- Participate in planning and conducting user research activities (e.g., interviews, surveys) to gather valuable insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Assist in analyzing user research data to identify key user needs and motivations.
- Operational Team Understanding:
- Engage with the operational teams to understand their current workflows, challenges, and needs related to the potential product.
- Capture their perspectives and requirements for a successful product implementation.
- Workflow Definition (Product & Operations):
- Collaborate in defining an effective and efficient workflow that integrates both the product usage by target users and the operational processes required to support it.
- Consider user journeys and operational dependencies.
III. Workflow Modeling & Feature Definition:
- Workflow Modeling & Visualization:
- Assist in creating visual representations (e.g., flowcharts, diagrams) to model and illustrate the proposed workflows for both users and operational teams.
- Ensure the models clearly demonstrate how different components and stakeholders interact.
- Feature Requirements Definition:
- Contribute to the detailed definition of product feature requirements based on user insights, operational needs, and the defined workflows.
- Describe clearly and concisely how each feature should function and what problem it solves.
- Assist in prioritizing features based on value and feasibility.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree program in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in technology and product development, as demonstrated through coursework (e.g., Product Management, IT Business Analysis) or personal projects, is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be a pioneer in researching, analyzing and recognizing the markets trend
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Good at English (both written and spoken).
- Availability to commit full-time to the duration of the Geek Internship Autumn 2025 program (13/10/2025-12/12/2025). You can be absent for a maximum of 10 half-days (morning or afternoon) throughout the internship program.
