Job Description:
We are looking for a
Product Analyst (AIOps) to support the development of Synaptix and AIOps products at TechX. In this role, you will translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, work closely with engineering and data teams, and ensure end-to-end alignment across modules such as Ingestion, Model, Portal, and Metrics.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines product analysis, technical understanding of IT Operations & AIOps, and strong coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Requirements & Documentation
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, SMEs, and internal product teams.
- Translate requirements into BRD/FRD, user stories, and detailed product specifications.
- Define clear acceptance criteria, workflows, user journeys, and use-case documentation.
- Maintain complete product documentation and ensure version control across teams.
Product Flow & Technical Alignment
- Map end-to-end data flows across Synaptix modules: Ingestion Model Portal Metrics.
- Collaborate with FE/BE/Data/ML teams to ensure technical and functional alignment.
- Support API contract design, workflow mapping, and system interaction diagrams.
Feature Delivery & Validation
- Work closely with development teams during design, sprint planning, and implementation.
- Own UAT: prepare test scenarios, validate product features, and ensure readiness for release.
- Support metric definition and dashboard requirements for AIOps modules.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the communication bridge between product, engineering, data, and operational teams.
- Work with IT Operations SMEs to understand real-world incident lifecycle, noise reduction, and anomaly patterns.
- Provide clarity, ensure alignment, and support cross-team delivery efficiency.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT Operations, incident lifecycle, and monitoring workflows.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, metrics definition, and dashboard interpretation.
- Basic knowledge of ML/AI concepts, especially relevant to AIOps
- Proficiency in SQL for data inspection and validation.
- Experience writing BRD/FRD, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with API contracts, workflow mapping, and system interaction diagrams.
- Ability to work with FE/BE/Data/ML teams and understand their constraints.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS products or data-heavy products.
- Exposure to Observability / Monitoring platforms (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven systems)
