We are seeking a mid-level Producer for a full-time hybrid role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Producer will be responsible for managing and executing creative projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires overseeing production schedules, liaising with creative and technical teams, maintaining communication with clients, and proactively solving challenges. Flexibility to work from home for part of the role will be offered.

• Project management skills, including the ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in production processes, and experience coordinating with creative, technical, and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management
• Problem-solving skills to proactively overcome obstacles in fast-paced work environments
• Familiarity with digital and media processes in advertising, branding, or consultancy fields
• Passion for creativity and a proven record of contributing to award-winning or high-impact campaigns
• Experience with tools related to project or production management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Media, Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Industries
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
