ABOUT THE JOB
ROLE: Producer Assistant Intern
The Producer Assistant Intern position at Dream Media is a premier opportunity to become the right hand of our Producer, gaining direct exposure to the high-pressure production cycle of professional advertising projects for major brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Paperwork & Project Management
- Assist the Producer in preparing Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) estimates
- Draft scripts, call sheets, shooting schedules, and other administrative production documents.
- Support the preparation of materials for Pre-Production Meetings (PPM).
- Coordinate the drafting and management of contracts with Suppliers and Freelancers (DOPs, Stylists, Art Directors, etc.).
- Coordinate with the camera/photography team to capture Behind-The-Scenes (BTS) footage during pre-production and on-set filming.
- Assist in managing and updating content across the company's Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
B. Accounting & Documentation
- Collect, classify, and archive all invoices and expense receipts from the set and suppliers.
- Reconcile advances, assist with reimbursement procedures, and track payment schedules for freelancers.
- Ensure the accuracy of the final project settlement dossiers.
C. On-set Operations
- Support set preparation: lighting, props, and equipment.
- Coordinate talent (main actors, extras) and guide the crew according to the shooting schedule.
- Manage crowd control, coordinate filming areas, and handle ad-hoc tasks (Runner).

- Strong English proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of AI Workflows.
- Proficient in office software (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
- Meticulous, honest, and highly responsible regarding figures and documentation.
