- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers of imported nutritional supplements/medical supplies based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
- Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and reports.
- Handle the entire process of product registration
- Support product launches and new product introductions by ensuring timely sourcing and delivery.
- Oversee others purchasing in the company
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or related field.
At least 05 years of experience in a product or marketing role within the functional food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry.
Experienced in product registration and familiar with regulatory requirements related to dietary supplements and medical devices.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
Good presentation and communication skills.
