Procurement Supervisor (Medical Background)

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers of imported nutritional supplements/medical supplies based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules.
• Ensure all procurement and logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate procurement and logistics records and reports.
• Handle the entire process of product registration
• Support product launches and new product introductions by ensuring timely sourcing and delivery.
• Oversee others purchasing in the company

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or related field.

At least 05 years of experience in a product or marketing role within the functional food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry.

Experienced in product registration and familiar with regulatory requirements related to dietary supplements and medical devices.

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Benefits:

Base salary: 1,200-1,500USD/month
