Collect, validate, and analyze procurement data (pricing, spend, supplier performance, demand forecast)
Develop and maintain category dashboards and regular reports (e.g., savings pipeline, budget vs. actual, supplier scorecards)
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities through benchmarking and data insights
Market & Supplier Research
Track supplier profiles, price trends, and key market drivers
Support risk-mapping of supply chain exposures (e.g., monopolistic suppliers, geopolitical risks)
Prepare competitive intelligence briefs for strategic sourcing and negotiations
Strategic Planning Execution
Assist in preparing category strategy materials and project business cases
Coordinate with stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal) to gather inputs and ensure alignment
Support operationalizing procurement policies and governance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related fields;
1 year of experience in strategy consulting, category management, or business analytics (fresh graduates with strong analytical capability may be considered);
Data accuracy & analytical thinking;
Problem-solving and curiosity for market insights;
Team collaboration and stakeholder alignment;
Proactive execution, organization, and follow-through;
Good communication skills with a learning mindset and attention to detail.
