Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Staff (Medical Field) position, based in Hanoi.
- Maintain and develop relationships with both local and international suppliers
- Execute international purchasing processes: negotiate, draft contracts, and follow up orders until goods are delivered to the warehouse
- Coordinate with domestic suppliers for sourcing and purchasing activities
- Monitor import progress and manage inventory turnover effectively
- Handle import procedures: prepare documentation and apply for necessary import licenses
- Calculate costs and propose pricing structures
- Resolve product quality issues and complaints with suppliers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager / Management Board
Qualifications
- Minimum 02 years of experience in international purchasing/import-export, including at least 02 years working in the healthcare/medical industry in a similar position
- Experience in applying for import licenses for medical equipment, chemicals, veterinary drugs, etc.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms, tariff schedules, circulars, and regulations
