Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Receive approved purchase requests (Food).
  • Search for suppliers, compare prices and quality to ensure the best deal.
  • Work directly with suppliers to negotiate prices, contract terms, and payment conditions.
  • Monitor and update the progress of delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate with departments to resolve any issues arising during the purchasing and receiving process.
  • Conduct monthly supplier evaluations, report the results to Management, and propose appropriate measures to improve the purchasing process.
  • Conduct market surveys to review input prices, selling prices, and consumer preferences in order to timely add or remove products according to trends.
  • Perform other related tasks as directed by superiors.

What's Ideal To Us


  • Graduated from College or University in related fields
  • At least 2 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in using office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
